Job Description

Safran Landing Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced SSE Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Sustainability and Social Responsibility department, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's commitment to environmental and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Sustainability, Security, Environment, and Social Responsibility in deploying our sustainability and social responsibility initiatives across our international industrial sites.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of performance and quality of life at work.

• Collaborate with various functions, including SSE, HR, Communication, and Operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to sustainability and social responsibility.

Key Challenges

• Define and deploy our company's sustainability and social responsibility policy to achieve the best level of performance and quality of life at work.

• Support our divisions and departments in understanding and embracing the challenges of sustainability and social responsibility.

• Develop a culture of sustainability through the mastery of our major risks and the engagement of all employees.

• Coordinate transverse actions on major projects and identify axes of progress to anticipate the risks of tomorrow.

• Develop our SSE teams and train various stakeholders on our sustainability initiatives.

• Innovate to improve safety, quality of life at work, and social responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• Bilingual in English and French

• Autonomous, rigorous, and innovative, with a strong desire to support operational teams and individuals, and a passion for working in a multicultural environment.
