About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Garden Consultant to join our team at Groupement Les Mousquetaires. As a Garden Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their outdoor living projects.
Main Responsibilities
- Listen to and advise customers on their garden design and project needs;
- Identify and propose solutions based on customer expectations, including budget, design, and installation;
- Connect customers with our network of artisans and ensure the successful execution of their projects;
- Maintain the visual quality of our showrooms, ensuring they are clean, well-labeled, and stocked to enhance the customer experience;
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a similar position and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will be a key player in our company's culture development and will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our team.
