We are seeking a highly experienced Innovation Manager to join our client, a leading player in the fashion and luxury industry. As a key member of the Innovation Department, you will be responsible for driving innovation and technological advancements in the company.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and analyze technological trends in the fashion and luxury industry, and contribute to the development of the company's innovation strategy.
- Develop and maintain a network of innovation partners, including incubators, laboratories, and suppliers, to support the company's innovation initiatives.
- Manage the development of new technologies and innovations, and ensure their integration into the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and customers.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in innovation management, with a strong focus on technological innovation.
- Proven track record of driving innovation and technological advancements in the fashion and luxury industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Fluency in English, with a working knowledge of French (and Italian a plus).
