About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our agile Tech team. As a key player in our product development process, you will drive efficiency, foster creativity, and play a pivotal role in shaping the trajectory of our cutting-edge products.

In this dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to work on Marketing Analytics, including Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Matomo) and Attribution products. Your mission will be to capture stakeholders' needs and translate them into functional specifications, fueling a product backlog.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Product Catalog Management: Participate in adding, modifying, and removing catalog items based on approvals from the Product Owner and Product and Service Catalog Manager.
  • Demand management & Backlog Management: Analyze business needs and convert them into detailed functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Product lifecycle management: Collaborate with the development team to ensure proposed technical solutions address business needs.
  • Incident management: Contribute to L2/L3 support and implement incident resolution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Up to 5 years' experience in a similar field.
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • A macro understanding of global business strategy, objectives, and processes.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven mindset.
  • Collaborative and agile attitude.
