Supply Chain Manager

Eiffage Génie Civil is a leading player in the civil engineering sector, with a presence in all areas of expertise. Our teams work on projects from conception to construction, as well as maintenance, repair, and demolition, both in France and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a pool of suppliers and establishing relationships with them
- Setting up contracts, purchase orders, and service level agreements
- Purchasing and following up on project materials, including BOM and call-off
- Purchasing and hiring site materials, ensuring quality and price control
- Proposing investment options versus hiring
- Reviewing and approving invoices in accordance with POs, SLAs, and contracts
Project Management, Engineering, and Production:
- Following up on delivery of project materials
- Setting up a purchase plan, including call-off and BOM
- Providing delivery input at management review meetings
- Supporting internal transport, including hiring and purchasing
- Updating production on critical deliveries
Human Resources:
- Dividing tasks within the department
- Evaluating and recruiting new staff
Logistics:
- Managing the warehouse
- Controlling call-off of different projects
- Providing weekly call-off reports, including progress and project plans
Quality Assurance:
- Assisting and advising the QA/QC department on continuous improvement and change management
- Acting as an instigator within the supply chain and procurement department
- Monitoring improvement plans, reviewing and reassessing
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- English mandatory
- Cost control of large-scale projects, including orders and delivery terms
- Market research and supplier management
- Understanding of computer systems and ERP
- Previous experience in a relevant or related role
- Experience in leading a team of 1-50 people
