Analyste Residential Capital Markets H/F

En tant qu'analyste, vous aurez l'occasion d'intégrer le département Residential Capital Markets, spécialisé dans l'immobilier résidentiel. Ce département est constitué d'une équipe de 4 collaborateurs, qui propose un accompagnement pour tous types d'actifs (résidentiel, résidences étudiantes - seniors - coliving, hôtel, immobilier de santé) auprès des promoteurs, exploitants et investisseurs.
Compétences requises- Conception de différentes analyses (études de marché, positionnements des actifs, modélisations par cash flows...), pitch et avis de valeur
- Réalisation de mémorandums d'informations relatifs aux opportunités d'investissement, audit de la data room de vente
- Suivi de transactions (commercialisation, due diligence & closing) conjointement avec le Chargé d'Affaires
- Formation Bac+5 et expérience dans le secteur de l'immobilier
- Esprit d'analyse et synthétique, autonome et consciencieux
- Écoute et communication efficace
- Travail en open space
- Maitrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
