Key Responsibilities

  • You will spearhead profitable expansion as a specialist in Metallurgy and Glass applications by pinpointing market prospects, launching innovative applications developed by our R&D division, and enhancing gas sales through a competitive Product and Service Offer (PSO) along with hardware and services.
  • You will provide expert guidance and training to the sales team at every critical phase for ongoing customer projects and new ventures.
  • You will formulate and execute marketing strategies in alignment with Linde France's sales growth objectives.
  • You will play a pivotal role in advancing the PSO.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Proficient in both French and English to operate effectively in a local and international context.
  • Possess a Master's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
  • A solid foundation in metallurgy, glass, heat treatment, or combustion is essential.
  • Ideally, you have substantial industry experience in metallurgy or glass, although we are open to nurturing a less experienced candidate.
  • A passion for technology coupled with strong business insight and sales aptitude is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills and self-motivation, along with a willingness to tackle challenges, are necessary.
  • A comprehensive understanding of business processes and the capability to guide individuals within a matrix structure is required.
