Job Overview
The Team Leader will oversee all team activities to ensure construction projects are executed in accordance with safety standards and directives from management.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee adherence to safety protocols;
- Serve as the primary contact among subcontractors, clients, and the construction team;
- Plan and organize site operations, assess necessary resources, and manage the receipt of supplies;
- Direct work execution, offer technical support, track progress, and ensure alignment with project timelines;
- Maintain comprehensive safety documentation;
- Engage in Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) audits;
- Provide technical and organizational supervision to the team;
- Oversee site closure and complete administrative tasks;
