Category B - Permanent Position
Reporting to the Building Heritage Department, you will oversee the coordination of teams within the Municipal Technical Operations, comprising approximately twenty technical personnel. This team is supported administratively by an assistant to the technical services management.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the technical teams responsible for building maintenance, garage operations, logistics, and school supervision, tailored to their specific roles,
- Preserving and maintaining the city's real estate assets,
- Ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene regulations in municipal properties,
- Organizing technical on-call duties, winter operations, and park responsibilities,
- Managing the upkeep of the vehicle fleet,
- Ensuring the effective organization and cleanliness of the Municipal Technical Operations sites and warehouse, as well as equipment maintenance,
- Advocating for sustainable development and energy efficiency in all service activities.
Candidate Profile:
- Framework of Territorial Technicians
- Technical training in various building trades
- Experience in local government is preferred
- Management experience is essential
Essential Skills and Attributes:
- Team leadership and supervision,
- Comprehensive knowledge of building trades techniques and building pathologies,
- Ability to identify challenges and report them promptly to provide suitable solutions,
- Basic understanding of public procurement and accounting regulations,
- Proficiency in computer applications (Office Suite, ATAL, Ciril, etc.),
- Strong management capabilities,
- Collaborative skills,
- Initiative, adaptability, and autonomy,
- Attention to detail, responsiveness, organizational skills, and a commitment to public service.
Additional Information:
- Weekly hours, days off, and RTT days
