L'Oréal is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic Tech team and contribute to our exciting digital transformation journey

As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in leveraging data to drive informed decision-making and fuel innovation across our organization.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and translate business requirements into actionable insights.
  • Design, develop, and execute complex queries and analyses using SQL, BigQuery, or other relevant tools.
  • Develop compelling visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate data-driven findings to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our data catalog and modeling framework.
  • Stay abreast of emerging data analytics trends and technologies.
Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for data and a strong analytical mindset.

  • Proven experience in data analysis, including proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Fluency in English is essential for international collaboration.

Bonus Points: Technical knowledge of SAP Business Object, ELK, TIBCO, Looker, SAP Fiori, or APIs would be a valuable asset.
