We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Réseau Alliance. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for the administrative, logistical, and financial management of repair projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial sector and fluent English skills.
The salary for this position is between €2300 and €3000 gross per month, plus benefits.
Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative tasks, including tracking projects, initiating orders, and managing contracts.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing updates on repair progress and facilitating meetings.
- Participate in the execution of various contracts and monitor margins achieved on each project.
- Ensure timely payment from clients and liaise with the collection department as needed.
- Prepare tracking reports to present to clients.
Fluent English skills and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial sector.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
