Job Summary
As a Product Marketing Manager within our dynamic marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our pepper species portfolio. Reporting directly to the Marketing Lead, your responsibilities will encompass market research, product development, and strategic communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes within the pepper species sector.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate new product ideas and contribute to the development of innovative pepper varieties that meet evolving market demands.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle for our pepper species, from launch to end-of-life, ensuring optimal performance and profitability.
- Develop and execute compelling marketing campaigns to promote our pepper species portfolio, leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, trade shows, and industry events.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A strategic mindset with a proven ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of the fruit/vegetable production and marketing landscape, particularly within the target region.
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in product management within the seeds or agricultural products industry.
