About the Role:
Freshtechit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of large-scale enterprise software solutions. As a key member of our Services Delivery Organization, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in the implementation of enterprise software solutions, ensuring effective project management and delivery.
- Conduct governance reviews with leadership teams and customers to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
- Provide regular project updates to internal reporting systems and executive project reporting.
- Manage project financials, including financial forecasts, P&L, and invoicing.
- Ensure effective utilization of project resources and supervise time approval in line with budget.
- Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to define scope, pricing, and P&L for new opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management and implementing large enterprise software solutions.
- Good working experience of project management principles and SDLC methodologies such as Agile.
- Proven experience in delivering agile projects.
- Experience of delivering projects in a commercial environment is strongly preferred.
- Results-oriented and high level of resilience, especially in an environment of change.
- Proven track record in leading a project team with a matrix model, managing a customer, and working with internal stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of technologies and software integration domains.
- Highly collaborative working style.
- Highly numerate and analytical approach.
- Excellent social skills and verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A second foreign language is very desirable (French or Italian).
- Agile Scrum certification advisable.
- PMP/Prince 2 qualified.
