Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate caregiver to join our team at our Elderly Care Facility. As a Caregiver Assistant, you will be responsible for providing daily care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Preparing and serving meals, as well as cleaning up after meals
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Participating in activities and events with residents, such as games, arts and crafts, and outings
  • Communicating with residents' families and healthcare providers as needed

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A diploma in a related field, such as social work or healthcare
  • Previous experience working with elderly individuals or in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong sense of empathy and compassion
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
