Job Opportunity at IPAC Bachelor Factory

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Directeur Adjoint Commerce at our retail store. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for:

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the implementation of commercial operations, including merchandising and inventory management.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Stock Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock movements, and optimize stockroom operations.

Requirements:

  • Education: Currently enrolled in the IPAC Bachelor Factory Annecy program.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Compensation: A competitive salary based on your age, calculated as a percentage of the SMIC.
