Join our team as a Welding Quality Engineer
In the Operations Quality division, your role will encompass the development, oversight, and enhancement of welding methodologies in line with industry standards, European regulations, and client requirements.
- Formulate welding protocols and guidelines.
- Advise on operational processes and ensure their execution.
- Guarantee quality assurance and adherence in welding and metallurgical operations.
- Offer technical assistance throughout various projects.
- Oversee the management and procurement of welding materials.
- Monitor performance metrics and propose technical or organizational enhancements.
- Engage in research and development initiatives related to manufacturing.
Qualifications:
- Possess an IWT certification with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in the nuclear industry. Strong understanding of welding techniques, heat treatment, and materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialty alloys.
- Familiarity with construction standards such as ASME, CODAP, RCCM, and CODETI. Competent in interpreting technical drawings (Autocad and Solidworks).
Proactive and diplomatic, you thrive in hands-on environments and will frequently engage with the production facility. You are known for your meticulousness and strong interpersonal abilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: between 35,000 and 50,000 Euros based on experience, plus bonuses and additional benefits.
Work Location: Primarily based at the headquarters with regular travel across the country.
Additional Benefits:
Company Vehicle: (208 or C3) along with a fuel and toll card.
Remote Work: 2 days of telecommuting per week following a successful probationary period.
Field Assignments: Central / Northern regions.
