Job Title: Child Protection Worker

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for the development and execution of the Child's Project
• Organize and lead multidisciplinary meetings with essential stakeholders
• Enhance parent-child interactions and safeguard visitation rights
• Encourage and support sibling connections
• Provide guidance and support to parents and extended family
• Collaborate with foster caregivers and other relevant partners
• Draft professional documentation and reports
• Represent the organization in judicial proceedings
• Engage in meetings and initiatives with both internal and external collaborators
• Contribute to partnership initiatives and network enhancement
• Assist in the development of service protocols and projects
