Position Overview
Solution Architect at HrFlow.ai
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key role in the implementation and integration of our AI-driven HR solutions within our clients' existing systems.
About You
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Solution Engineer, Implementation Engineer, or similar client-facing technical role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, etc.
- Experience with APIs, web services, and data integration techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and business objectives.
- Design and implement integration solutions that connect HrFlow.ai products with client systems.
- Provide technical support and expertise throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Develop custom scripts and tools to facilitate data migration and system integration.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients to maximize the value of our solutions.
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document integration processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
- Stay informed about the latest trends in AI, HR technology, and integration best practices.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
