Infotel is seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency.

  • Tracking team activities through detailed reports,
  • Managing invoicing processes and dispatching invoices,
  • Overseeing contracts for clients and subcontractors,
  • Monitoring organizational operations (outstanding payments, invoicing, resource consumption) and contributing to performance reporting,
  • Coordinating follow-ups on overdue payments in partnership with the collections team,
  • Providing administrative support: processing mission orders, handling correspondence, managing supply requests...

Candidate Profile

Essential qualifications: Bac+2 degree.

Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with numerical data are crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. A commitment to joining a collaborative and dynamic team is essential.
