Infotel is seeking a dedicated Administrative Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency.
- Tracking team activities through detailed reports,
- Managing invoicing processes and dispatching invoices,
- Overseeing contracts for clients and subcontractors,
- Monitoring organizational operations (outstanding payments, invoicing, resource consumption) and contributing to performance reporting,

Candidate Profile
Essential qualifications: Bac+2 degree.
Meticulous attention to detail and proficiency with numerical data are crucial. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. A commitment to joining a collaborative and dynamic team is essential.
