About the JobWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Assistant to join our team. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
- Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition or behavior
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Diploma in a relevant field or 3 years of experience in home care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
