At The Indigo Road Hospitality Group, we believe that our employees are our greatest asset. As a Barback, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our bartenders to ensure that every guest receives exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stock, set up, and break down all bar products before, during and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the bar, including counters, sinks, utensils, shelves, glassware, and storage areas.
- Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks and appetizers for bar patrons.
