Cyber Defense Center Overview

The CMA CGM Group, a global leader in shipping and logistics, seeks an experienced professional to lead the Cyber Defense Center. This vital role focuses on ensuring the security and resilience of our organization's IT and OT environments, protecting against cyber threats and ensuring business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy aligned with the company's risk management framework.
  • Lead and oversee the Cyber Defense Center team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, ensuring the organization's digital assets are protected.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the Group CISO, IT, and business leaders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
  • Provide strategic guidance on cybersecurity investments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk appetite.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Significant experience in cybersecurity leadership, with a proven track record of managing security operations, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, and incident response.
  • Deep understanding of information security frameworks, standards, and regulations, including SOC CMM, ISO 27000, NIST, and others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate and mitigate security risks while ensuring operational continuity.
