Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing various internal and external projects in line with the company's strategy and mission.

Responsibilities
  • External Project Management (70%):
    • Strategic support as Group Talent Partner Africa.
    • Assistance in recruiting key talents internationally.
    • Market research to support our clients' expansion in the African market.
    • Support for our clients' HR management platform.
  • Internal Project Management (30%):
    • Digital Project Management:
      • Supporting digital marketing activities for INAUTALENT (production of visual content, articles, newsletters, and website updates).
      • Managing our Talent Acquisition platform.
      • Participating in internal process improvement efforts.
    Requirements
    • Final-year bachelor or masters student in a business school, engineering school, or similar field, with a successful first experience in project management, consulting, or recruitment.
    • Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
    • Positive attitude and desire to evolve within a dynamic international team.
    • Fast learning ability and proactivity.
    • Team spirit, attention to detail, and willingness to take on challenges.
    • Interest in the startup ecosystem.
    • Computer skills: proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, Linkedin, and collaboration tools. Knowledge of customer relationship management and marketing automation would be a plus.
