About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled MES Specialist to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our IT/OT project team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of our nextGen MES (PaS-X 3.3) at our Chartres site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the corporate team to roll out the new MES instance on the Novo Nordisk Chartres Extension Project.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Digital Data & IT department and process team for the gMBR (Generic Master Batch Record) development, implementation, and qualifications.
  • Assist with local Site Acceptance Tests for the new equipment connected to PAS-X and train Super Users by departments for the usage of the MES.
  • Assess new needs and address challenges to the central team during design qualification and participate in the development and drafting of our standards.
  • Coordinate the local deployment and verification of PAS-X workstations, barcode reader, and printers.
  • Participate as PAS-X expert in the Automated Warehouse Project (SAP EWM implementation).
Requirements
  • Master degree or equivalent experience in industrial computing, software development, or Process Engineering.
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in the MES PAS-X and with production lines.
  • Fluent level of English.
  • Organized and able to manage priorities in a context of several concurrent work packages.
  • Strong sense of service with an ability to effectively listen and understand the needs.
