Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced pentester to join our team at SERMA Safety and Security. As a pentester, your primary role will be to evaluate the security of embedded systems and identify potential vulnerabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct penetration testing on embedded systems to detect vulnerabilities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of security measures in place
- Analyze test results and write detailed reports on detected vulnerabilities
- Develop and propose solutions to strengthen embedded system security
- Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate necessary security measures
- Stay up-to-date with emerging attack techniques and new security solutions
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a pentester for embedded systems security
- Proficiency in penetration testing tools and techniques
- In-depth knowledge of communication protocols and embedded system architectures
- Development and scripting skills for automated testing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills
Desirable Qualifications:
- Security certification (e.g., CEH, OSCP)
- Experience in vulnerability analysis and exploit research
- Familiarity with security standards and frameworks (e.g., OWASP)
About You:
- Hold a degree from a Grande École or university (BAC+5)
- Have a strong background in embedded systems security
- Be dynamic, determined, and organized, with excellent analytical and adaptability skills
- Be a team player looking for a challenging mission
- Have excellent English language skills
Location:
The role is available in the Paris region, Rennes, or Toulouse.
