About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Product Marketing Intern to support the launch of Balmain Beauty in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a fast-paced and dynamic project, collaborating with a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Product Marketing Manager in coordinating product launches, including assortment, launch guidelines, and delivery of lab samples and shipments to affiliates.
- Coordinate market sample processes at the regional level, ensuring timely delivery and coordination between affiliates and global supply teams.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of competitive launches, identifying opportunities and providing relevant insights.
- Conduct in-store execution checks, both for Balmain and competition.
- Participate in and help develop presentations for regional meetings with brand teams and/or retailers.
- Provide direct support to local teams in EMEA affiliates on product marketing-related queries.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Develop a launch report template, consolidating brand launch performance reports from affiliates and providing insights.
- Create a monthly retail sales tracker, consolidating sell-out data by affiliate and providing insights.
- Conduct monthly NPD market analysis, reviewing Balmain brand performance.
Qualifications:
About You:
We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 internships or work experience in the cosmetics sector, with a keen interest in the luxury industry. You should have excellent organizational, communication, and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office programs and advanced Excel. Fluency in English is required, with the ability to speak French and other European languages a plus.
