Responsibilities:
As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Senior Healthcare Consultant to support our clients in their transformation initiatives. Within our teams, your responsibilities may include:
- Engaging in significant projects and assignments
- Taking on the role of project leader across a variety of engagements
- Operationally managing teams in complex assignments
- Providing hierarchical oversight to teams
- Being contractually, financially, and commercially accountable for assigned client accounts
- Contributing to internal initiatives (recruitment, training, events, etc.)
As a consultant, you will work on diverse and impactful projects for clients from various sectors within healthcare (private and public health groups and institutions, medico-social establishments, health industry players, public institutions, etc.). Your projects may include:
- Digital transformation
- Patient Experience Design
- Growth strategy development
- Operational process optimization
- Innovative service design (e-health, IoT, data, etc.)
- Development of digital and IT solutions, and management of selection processes
- Organizational restructuring
- Framing, organizing, and overseeing large-scale projects
Profile:
You hold a degree from a prestigious institution (engineering or business school, public health school, political science, etc.) and have at least ten years of experience in a consulting firm or within a healthcare organization (IT department, quality management, etc.).
We are looking for individuals who can quickly demonstrate autonomy, exhibit leadership, and be proactive in their approach, both with our clients and internally.
Analytical and synthetic thinking are essential skills for this position.
Dynamic and logical, you are adept at tailoring your communication to various stakeholders.
