We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sustainable terroir initiatives, driving business value creation and supply chain resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive terroir strategy, aligning with our company's sustainability goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute sustainable sourcing practices for natural ingredients.
  • Monitor external trends and risks, ensuring the organization's resilience and adaptability.
  • Lead the development of Group policies and standards for sustainable agriculture, promoting best-in-class practices.
  • Implement and deliver the Terroir Roadmap, driving progress and measuring impact.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar position, with a background in agronomy.
  • Proven knowledge of agronomy and sustainability within the food & beverages industry.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership capacity to embark other stakeholders and drive change within a global organization.
  • Fluency in English and French.
