We are seeking a skilled culinary professional to join our team at UGECAM ALSACE. As part of our kitchen staff, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in compliance with regulations and budgetary constraints to ensure the satisfaction of our customers.
- Preparing food items according to recipes, hygiene standards, menus, and medical prescriptions
- Quality control of finished products and addressing non-conformities
- Food presentation
- Storage and production area monitoring
- Receiving and storing deliveries
- Maintaining kitchen and cleaning duties to contribute to quality development

Requirements
