About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Security Specialist to join our team at Daher. As a key member of our Information Systems department, you will be responsible for optimizing and developing our IT components to meet quality, productivity, and security targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct system definition studies and contribute to the selection of solutions, suppliers, and operators.
- Ensure performance optimization and capacity management for our IT environments.
- Lead transformation plans and projects, and assist with the implementation of technical solutions.
- Diagnose malfunctions, propose corrective actions, and suggest solutions for improving system performance.
- Qualify systems technically and functionally, and ensure the application of IS security, quality, and other standards.
- Contribute to conferences, forums, and working groups, and teach and publish on relevant topics.

Requirements
- 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in R&T.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and security.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
