Day Nurse Position in Geriatric Care

About the Organization: Our client is a dedicated medical-surgical institution specializing in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, spinal issues, and ocular conditions. They are equipped with surgical beds, rehabilitation facilities for orthopedic and trauma cases, as well as geriatric rehabilitation services.
Role Overview: In line with their growth, they are looking for a Day Nurse (or Night Nurse if preferred) in the Chalon-sur-Saône region, working on a 12-hour shift rotation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the comfort and well-being of residents.
- Conduct various educational, therapeutic, diagnostic, and preventive care activities under the guidance of two geriatric specialists.
- Assist residents in regaining their autonomy while providing compassionate relational care.
Team Collaboration: Participate in weekly team meetings to enhance resident care.
Professional Development: Engage in various training sessions and professional growth opportunities.
Location: Chalon-sur-Saône
Salary: Competitive monthly remuneration
Qualifications Required: Nurse Diploma
