As a Night Auditor/Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our resort's front desk and accounting functions during the night shift.
Responsibilities:
* Arrivals and departures (Check-in and Check-out) and telephone switchboard
* Ensure the payments and other accounting operations, central cash desk closing and storage, following of the clients' deposits, control and following of clients' account and payment after their departure and control of the transfer and parking invoicing
* Order of the skipass, office items and first-aid kit reassort
* Sales promoting
* Management of the mail in arrival and departure
* Shipping of the parcels and Lost and Found
* Information regarding services and events inside and outside the Club
* Responsibility for fire and security alarms and for people and equipment
Requirements:
* Diploma in Tourism/Hotel service or similar mandatory
* English speaking with knowledge of other language is a plus
* Good Knowledge in accounting mandatory
* 12 months contract
* Seasonal contract. Salary adapted to skills and experience (fixed salary + bonus on objective). Accommodation and meals provided by Club Med and other advantages connected with our Club Med group.
