As a vital part of our marketing and sales team, you'll be instrumental in driving Reboom's growth by engaging in proactive prospecting and customer acquisition. With the freedom to select your preferred region, you'll leverage our platform's support for multiple languages to succeed.

Your Key Objectives:
  • Develop a prospect base through independent outbound prospecting, utilizing tools like LinkedIn automation and our existing prospect database.
  • Qualify prospects by identifying their needs and how they align with Reboom's offerings.
  • Conduct demonstrations to enhance conversion rates.
  • Closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement with Reboom.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement outbound prospecting strategies.
  • Qualify potential clients against our Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Execute product demonstrations to improve conversion chances.
  • Finalize sales and onboard clients effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Contribute to the refinement of our sales processes.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve personal and collective goals.
  • Share insights to enhance team efficiency and Reboom's growth.
Requirements:
  • A background in sales.
  • Strong SEO knowledge.
  • Full proficiency in one of the supported languages.
  • Organized and process-driven.
  • Results-oriented and analytical.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience in a similar role and skilled in lead generation tools.
Benefits:
  • A freelance contract with the flexibility of remote work.
  • A rewarding commission structure: 25% commission on sales made at closing and during the first year of the contract.
