As a Sales Specialist Counselor at Cora, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the multimedia department. Your primary goal will be to ensure that customers have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience, from initial contact to final sale.

Main Responsibilities:

Customer Service and Sales:

  • Ensure that customers receive a warm and welcoming experience, showcasing Cora's image and values.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to customers, helping them find the perfect products or services to meet their needs.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products or services to increase average transaction value.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for customers.
  • Communicate customer feedback and concerns to management, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.

Product Management:

  • Ensure that the multimedia department is well-stocked and visually appealing, with products displayed in an attractive and easy-to-browse manner.
  • Participate in merchandising activities, including product placement, signage, and promotional displays.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and promotions, working closely with management to drive sales growth.
  • Participate in regular meetings with management to discuss sales performance, customer feedback, and product trends.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:
