Position Overview:
Fed IT is on the lookout for a skilled Office 365 Manager to enhance our IT team. This role is ideal for an IT expert with a solid background in O365 management, particularly in utilizing Teams and SharePoint effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and refine the use of O365 applications including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Ensure the maintenance of O365 configuration settings.
- Facilitate virtual meetings through effective management of Teams.
- Administer document libraries, lists, and permissions within SharePoint.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve collaboration.
- Keep abreast of the latest technological advancements.
- Provide second and third-level support and lead user training sessions.
- Engage in various IT initiatives and projects.
Candidate Profile:
- Educational background in IT (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in O365, Teams, and SharePoint management.
- In-depth understanding of SharePoint architecture and functionalities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work autonomously.
- Collaborative team player with outstanding communication skills.
