Your Role:
Strategic Development:
- Formulate a comprehensive prospecting and solar development strategy for the Development Department.
- Conduct thorough market research, analysis, and promotional activities related to solar energy.
- Engage in advocacy efforts at national, regional, and political spheres.
- Establish organizational frameworks that align with strategic objectives.
- Investigate emerging technologies within the solar domain.
- Lead investment decision-making committees.
Organizational Management:
- Prepare annual and multi-year financial plans for solar initiatives.
- Set development goals and annual performance indicators.
- Implement efficient processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Project Oversight:
- Oversee the solar project portfolio and associated activities.

Your Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in renewable energy project development.
- Proficiency in bid strategies, project oversight, and team management.
- Advanced skills in advocacy, risk assessment, and reporting.
- Fluency in English.
