Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic Merchandise Specialists who are passionate about sales and product presentation. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the consumer experience by ensuring products are displayed effectively and strategically within retail environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department managers and Customer Service to determine optimal product layouts that align with brand guidelines and customer needs.
- Develop and implement visually appealing product displays in accordance with approved plans, ensuring a cohesive and engaging shopping experience.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and promptly replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Create compelling signage, labels, and promotional materials to highlight key products and drive customer engagement.
- Provide comprehensive on-site reporting, including before, during, and after photos of product displays, to demonstrate project progress and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to interpret and execute product display plans with precision and attention to detail.
- Understanding of promotional strategies and their impact on achieving client objectives.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
