About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer to join our team at Doctolib. As an IT Engineer, you will play a key role in evolving our information system in France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. Your primary responsibility will be to implement best-in-class solutions and tools to support our business teams, ensuring an exceptional user experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop integrations between applications through various mediums, including APIs, scripts, iPaaS, and ETL.
  • Qualify new SaaS solutions and assess their suitability for our IT application landscape, considering factors such as business performance, cost, security, and design consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal customers to build functional and technical requirements for solutions, and develop, deploy, and maintain them.
  • Work on automations for onboarding and offboarding users, managing licenses, and data, which are critical for a scale-up company.
  • Act as a Level 3 escalation point for support requests and IT crisis management, and participate in weekly on-call shifts.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support teams.
Requirements
  • Cloud administrator certification (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Experience with Azure cloud (PaaS, IaaS, FaaS).
  • Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript, and familiar with GitHub, CI/CD, testing, and API development (REST/ SOAP).
  • Experience with security aspects, including IAM/IGA, SSO, SAML, OAuth2, and OpenID.
  • Familiarity with protocols such as HTTP, DNS, LDAP, SFTP, IP, ICMP, TLS, and architectural styles like REST and SOAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of service and technical-functional skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM framework and rituals, and comfortable with Atlassian boards and estimation rituals.
  • Curiosity, autonomy, flexibility, rigor, enthusiasm, passion, and a taste for teamwork and fun.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, in a scale-up company, and a squad-oriented environment with constant change.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
