Job Description

At Intelligent Employment, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contamination Control Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the reduction of contamination in the production process, ensuring a successful installation and commissioning phases.
  • Assess equipment entering the clean room protection scheme and evaluate admission feasibility.
  • Participate in on-site management of contamination control during installation.
  • Identify and lead the mitigation of contamination risk points in equipment.
  • Monitor process contamination and participate in problem-solving efforts for contamination-related issues.
  • Optimize process parameters for dust removal and magnetization.
  • Conduct on-site inspections of foreign bodies and contamination.
  • Promote foreign body and contamination control training for internal and external partners.
  • Lead the solidification of dust removal and demagnetization process parameters.
  • Create contamination control plans and promote cleaning work instruction optimization.
  • Lead and promote the solution of Hipot issues.
  • Conduct regular contamination audits of each facility area.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in contamination control and process optimization.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing contamination control processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
