Job Title: Gestionnaire de stocks

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Gestionnaire de stocks to join our team at Daher. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the effective management of goods flows through warehouse organization and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize the warehouse to ensure that goods and documents are easily traceable and stored in compliance with safety instructions and regulations.
  • Monitor inventory status and inspect products received.
  • Check that documents match up with goods.
  • Conduct IQAM checks and trigger purchase requests as needed.
  • Monitor, update, and enter data into the information system.
  • Optimize warehouse management and check purchase requests into the SAP system.
  • Justify choices to the line manager and report on materials consumption issues.
  • Keep working areas clean and tidy, and take care of equipment provided.
  • Operate machinery requiring a permit.
  • Ensure goods entrusted to us by customers are handled with care.
  • Verify all necessary documents and information are completed and submitted on time.
  • Inform designated process persons of any issues and non-conformities.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
