Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Case Specialist/Coordinator to join our team at ProductLife Group. As a key member of our pharmacovigilance team, you will be responsible for providing specialized support in the review, assessment, and querying of safety reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform medical review of post-marketing cases as assigned, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Coordinate case management activities, ensuring timely processing and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide dedicated pharmacovigilance support to the team, including review and assessment of safety reports.
- Lead operations for assigned post-marketing clients, ensuring seamless case management and communication.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance case processing.
- Proficiency in PV database management.
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Vigilance Practice (GVP) regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience in client-facing interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Native or bilingual proficiency in French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and teamwork software.
- Attention to detail, flexibility, and process-oriented mindset.
