About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to join our team as Head of Asset Management Programs. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our asset management programs and projects, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the development and implementation of asset management programs and projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring.
- Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, customers, and business partners, regarding transformation initiatives and their roadmap.
- Coordinate the various stakeholders (business, IT, publishers, service providers) to achieve the objectives set while ensuring compliance with budgets, deadlines, and the quality of deliverables.
- Lead transformation teams, ensure quality and integrity of company programs and projects.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for program and project management in collaboration with other NIMOS directorates.
- Ensure adequate project portfolio governance and reporting to corporate management.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a degree in business or engineering and at least 10 years of experience in asset management positions, with prior experience in program and project management. You should be familiar with program and project management methodologies in the asset management sector, project management and activity coordination skills, and have excellent communication skills during presentations. You should also be valued for your team spirit and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
