About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Talents & Communication Specialist to join our Marketing & Communication team at PVH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing influencer and talent strategies to boost brand awareness and visibility locally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement influencer strategies to develop brand awareness and traffic on and offline
  • Develop and manage influencer networks, including creating and updating digital influencer files and meeting with influencers
  • Develop and manage VIP, celebrity, and KOL relationships
  • Monitor new talent to optimize the communication and marketing plan
  • Define editorial planning in line with the marketing plan and launch campaigns
  • Manage and run the influencer program, including organizing events in collaboration with head office
  • Work with and manage the KCD press office representing the brand
  • Adapt and implement the global communications strategy locally, ensuring consistency of messages and content across channels
  • Develop and manage relationships with local media and journalists, ensuring positive and regular media coverage of Tommy Hilfiger
  • Organize and coordinate media events, such as press days, interviews, and collection/capsule launches
  • Manage the press showroom and sample orders
  • Manage and monitor the local communications budget provided by Amsterdam via the Project Front portal
  • Monitor the correct payment of invoices to the right administrative entities
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs and ensure regular reporting
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for fashion and marketing. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the fashion/retail industry, with a strong understanding of influencer marketing and communication strategies. You should also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
