We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Manager to join our team at Groupe SOPRA STERIA. As an R&D Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating research and development projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate R&D projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement R&D strategies, ensuring that they align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that R&D projects are successfully executed.
- Manage and mentor R&D teams, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to complete projects successfully.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including suppliers, customers, and research institutions, to ensure that R&D projects are aligned with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D management, with a proven track record of leading and coordinating successful R&D projects.
- Strong technical skills, with expertise in areas such as software development, hardware engineering, or data analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
