Cloud and DevOps Specialist

At Twyce, we're looking for a skilled Cloud and DevOps Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our consulting firm, you'll be responsible for implementing technical architectures, ensuring operability and resilience, and developing tools for software delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing technical architectures in collaboration with Cloud Architects and other Cloud/DevOps specialists.
- Setting up environments that support project objectives in terms of continuous delivery and platform features.
- Implementing automation pipelines for deployment in partnership with application developers.
- Working on network design, access management policies, and integration with SaaS or PaaS solutions.
- Participating in continuous improvement activities aligned with DevOps or SRE best practices.
As a Cloud and DevOps Specialist, you'll be involved in the implementation of Cloud-first architectures, DevOps methods, and tools, as well as best practice security ('0 Trust') and SRE or Chaos Engineering models.
Requirements include:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in DevOps and the Cloud.
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team.
- Able to quickly learn new languages, tools, practices, and techniques.
- Familiar with source management solutions, builds/dependencies, and branching strategies.
- Experience in design and implementation of virtual networks, firewalls, Identity & Access Management, Resource Monitoring, and Secret Management models.
- Container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Openshift.
- Automation supported by the development of scripts or tools in Bash, Python, Go.
- Use of infrastructure creation and configuration management tools.
- Public Cloud platforms and their technical offerings.
- CI/CD tools such as Gitlab, Azure Devops, Jenkins.
- Modern observability platforms and log management tools.
- Appetite for security (security by design, 0 trust, devsecops).
- Knowledge of tools used by developers and their constraints.
- Perspective on DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and their uses.
- Keen eye for detail and quality.
