**Job Description for Multimedia Support Technician**

**Job Type:** Full-time

**Location:** Bourgoin-Jallieu

We are seeking a skilled Multimedia Support Technician to join our team at MyJobCompany. As a Multimedia Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users in a hospital setting.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for multimedia equipment, including TVs and tablets.
  • Manage inventory and perform maintenance tasks on equipment.
  • Conduct training and presentations for users on multimedia equipment.
  • Report on incidents and solicitations.

**Requirements:**

  • Patience, listening, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Completion of a vaccination program is mandatory.
  • 3-month internship with the possibility of permanent employment.
  • Part-time schedule: 8:30am-12:00pm or 9:00am-12:30pm.
