The Role: Senior DevOps Engineer - Technical Product Ownership

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Software Factory team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of DevOps within Qlik's Data & AI environment. You will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced pipeline systems that enable our R&D teams to efficiently develop, test, and deliver cutting-edge features to our customers.

Your Impact:

  • Problem Solving & Developer Experience: Analyze complex technical challenges and implement solutions that enhance the developer experience within our agile development environment.
  • Product Ownership: Synthesize user requirements, technical capabilities, and business strategies to create a cohesive product roadmap. Effectively bridge the gap between stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion the integration of customer feedback into our development process, driving continuous improvement and ensuring our products evolve to meet user needs.
  • Change Management & Collaboration: Foster a culture of DevOps within Qlik, driving change at scale. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Architecture, Platforms, and Domains, to deliver exceptional DevOps solutions and processes.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven experience in a technical role, such as software development or DevOps engineering.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
