Cybersecurity Specialist

Cyclad France is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Monaco. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' digital assets.

• Participate in the maintenance of the qualification of the trust services operated by the State of Monaco
• Ensure a watch on the evolution of applicable regulations (eIDAS, RGS-P and ETSI standards)
• Ensure the maintenance and coherence of the trust services reference document and, more particularly, the certification policies and the declarations of certification practices
• Propose evolutions of the reference document in accordance with regulatory, technical, or organizational evolutions within the framework of the trust services
• Prepare the agendas and minutes of the Trust Services Committee (C2SC)
• Prepare and organize the renewal qualification audits and internal audits in liaison with the RSSI of the Government and the DSN
• Develop and follow up on the action plans for correcting non-conformities (audits and controls) in liaison with the concerned stakeholders
• Guarantee the archiving of the traces of the trust services imposed by the standards

• Master's degree in a relevant field (Bac +5)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of cybersecurity
• Excellent knowledge of cryptographic algorithms and their functioning
• Excellent knowledge of the life cycle of electronic certificates (IGC principles, AC/AE, CSR, LCR, OCSP, LAR)
• Excellent skills in security of information systems and networks
• Ability to interpret system or application event logs and network flows
• Ability to manipulate programs and files in a Linux environment
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Fluency in French and English
