Kitchen Hero

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Kitchen Hero. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for creating a "wow" experience for our guests and colleagues alike.

About the Role

• Prepare and present hot and cold meals for hotel guests, visitors, and business meetings
• Dishwashing, kitchen cleaning, food handling, and cooking according to HACCP regulations
• Assist our guests with questions about the dishes or menu

What We're Looking For

• Basic understanding of written and spoken English
• Love for food and attention to presentation
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a systematic and organized way, even under pressure
• Anticipation and organization skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
• Kitchen skills, including scrambling, fluffing, dressing, and presenting food in an attractive way
• Knowledge of food handling requirements (HACCP) - we will provide training as needed
• Pride in every dish sent out and a passion for delivering exceptional service

We are currently hiring for Paris locations in Gare de Lyon, La Défense, Opera, Champs Elysées, and Charles de Gaulle Airport. Locations are based on hotel needs.
