We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our team at Amazon France Services SaS. As a key member of our legal team, you will play a critical role in advising our business on a broad range of commercial and regulatory matters.
Key Responsibilities- Advise the business on commercial and regulatory matters, including structuring, drafting, and negotiating commercial transactions.
- Work directly with the business, serving as key partner and lead counsel on strategic deals, providing day-to-day advice, resolving issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, and handling pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
- Develop innovative solutions to novel legal questions and contribute to shaping Amazon's future.
- Fully qualified lawyer with outstanding academic qualification.
- 6+ years of legal experience, preferably with some portion of that experience in technology and commercial transactions.
- High degree of independence, initiative, and decisiveness, with a desire to be challenged and think outside the box.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to act as business partner to senior management.
- Great business judgment, especially in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
- Excellent English and French language skills.
